• Payment information: handled securely by Stripe. ScreenStay does not store card numbers.

How We Use It

To confirm your reservation, send receipts and confirmations, process payments including deposit holds and refunds, and support your rental during and after your stay.

Who We Share Information With

• Stripe to process payments and deposit hold authorizations.
• Airtable as our internal record-keeping system.
• The partner hotel where you booked, so front desk staff can hand over the kit at check-in.

We do not sell your personal information.
