Is there a setup guide?
Yes. A quick setup guide is printed inside every kit, and you can also view it any time at getscreenstay.com/setup-guide.
How much does it cost?
Rental is $25 per night. A refundable $150 authorization hold is placed on your card at checkout in case of damage or missing equipment. The hold is released automatically once the kit is returned in good condition.
Which laptops does it work with?
Most modern laptops with USB-C or HDMI, including MacBook, Windows laptops, and USB-C iPads. The kit includes cables for both.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Plug the cable in and the monitor works instantly as a second screen.
How do I return the kit?
Drop it at the front desk when you check out. Staff will inspect it and mark it returned in the system.
What happens if something is damaged?
The authorization hold covers damage or missing accessories. Only the actual repair or replacement cost is charged.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes. Contact the front desk or email support@getscreenstay.com before your original return date.
